GFP-Trap用于免疫沉淀（IP）
Nano-Trap：與agarose beads或者magnetic beads結合，在免疫沉淀或蛋白質相互作用的實驗中，可抓取或純化GFP或RPF融合蛋白。
Nano-Trap優點：（三好三多）
抗體好：Nano-Traps采用的抗體是基于alpaca的單域抗體片段（VHHS）；具有分子量小（15Kda）、穩定（70℃仍保持穩定），高親和力（高特異性性結合GFP蛋白），無普通抗體輕鏈與重鏈污染等一系列優點等優點；GFP抗體可以特異性結合綠色熒光蛋白的衍生物，如eGFP, wtGFP, GFP S65T，TagGFP，不與RFP衍生蛋白結合。
形式好：抗體結合了agarose beads（瓊脂糖珠子）或者magnetic beads（磁珠），在IP實驗，COIP ，pulldown，Chip實驗中可以直接取代特異性GFP 抗體+proteinA/G 瓊脂糖珠子；
效果好：孵化時間短（只需5-30min），能夠更好結合，從細胞提取物或細胞器中定量分離GFP融合蛋白及結合因子；
實驗應用多：被廣泛用于免疫沉淀、質譜分析、酶活測定、生物大分子相互作用/親和力實驗、染色質免疫沉淀（ChIP）、蛋白質相互作用分析；
